3. I have worked with children - both as primary jobs, part time, and volunteer work for over 20 years. Children know I care about them. I enjoy spending time with them. I have a gift to see what is going on with children and families and can support their growth. I am not intrusive and when communication is necessary, I am easy to talk with. I communicate clearly and am dedicated to non-judgment.
