Hello! My name is Barbara. I am 20. My husband just got out of the Army after serving for 6 years and we have relocated to Gilbert, AZ. We are originally from WI and just recently moved from El Paso. (Fort Bliss) I am looking for a part-time job as a nanny or babysitter. I am employed with ADDS. (Advanced Developmental Disability Services) I am experienced with children of all ages, specifically ages 1 week old to 11 years of age. Upon request, I can provide references from both Wisconsin and Texas. With a few weeks notice, I am available to babysit from anywhere to a few hours to a several days at a time. Otherwise, I am available most mornings and late nights. While my primary language is English, I am fluent in American Sign Language and proficient in Spanish. I am certified (from WI) to work in a child care facility. Please Note: Hours and Pay are negotiable. For more information do not hesitate to contact me.

I have had Barbara babysit my two children (ages 6yr and 8mo); I have been impressed every time. As a parent, I feel bad when I need leave my kids, yet when I must, I want to know that they are in good hands and happy. Sometimes I am able to plan when I will be gone, and sometimes I give last minute notice, yet this never seems to phase Barbara. My 6yr old gets extremely excited when she finds out Barbara will be watching her, and never once have I had an issue with my 8 mo old not wanting to be handed over (in fact she smiles). Even my two lab mixes love her. I have had my children watched at Barbara's house and at my own house. On the times I have Barbara at my house I find that she goes above and beyond, and it seems that my house is almost always a little cleaner or more welcoming upon my return. In my opinion, Barbara is highly skilled at sitting, and has a heart for the kiddos. In some cases, she has even watched my kids with other charges, and it seems that my daughters are only more excited to find playmates. Although the choice is yours and yours alone, as a parent, you would be missing out if you did not at least try out this sitter! - Elizabeth M.
