Kayla K. Babysitter in Phoenix, AZ 85023. Looking for work as a babysitter.

Hello! My name is Kayla. I am currently a full-time nursing student looking for babysitting jobs. My availability changes every 2 months but I am free on weekends and weeknights. I have been in nursing school for over a year and I have about a year and a half left until I get my BSN. Nursing is my true passion. I love helping people. Children is also a passion of mine. I hope to either go into ER medicine or Pediatrics when I graduate. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Being in nursing school I have come quite good at taking care of sick people and can handle stress under most situations. 

I started babysitting at the age of 12 and have continued to pick up jobs here and there. I really love watching kids and getting to interact with them. I have babysat for newborns and I used to babysit two boys (ages 7 and 9) on a regular basis before I moved from Payson to Phoenix for nursing school. I am very comfortable around all ages of children, and can give my full undivided attention. I am really good at planning activities for kids and games.  

I love dogs! I have two of my own. They are German Shorthaired Pointers (ages 10 and 16 months). 

I am very involved in my church and I am one of the Leaders for the high school youth group. I also run a small group every Sunday morning for 9th grade girls. 

As far as caregiving goes, I believe that you need to be fun and loving for children to like you, but also can't be there best friend. I am big on following the rules and will discipline if necessary (under parents conditions).
