I have been working with children either in my home, church, daycare, or preschool for about 20 years now. The last 4 years, I have been taking care of infants through toddlers in my home. I am set-up for 4 little ones, with their own crib in each bedroom. I have experience working with autistic children as well as speech disorders. I also taught preschool for 7 years. I worked in all of the classrooms ranging in age from infants to 4 and 5-year-olds. I started the toddler program and developed the curriculum for one of the schools I worked for. I really enjoyed working in all of the classrooms.

Tracy watches my 5 month old twice per week in her home. I spent quite a bit of time picking a sitter, and am very pleased with my choice. Tracy is a great communicator and very responsive. She seems to go out of her way to meet the unique needs of each and every child in her care. What stood out to me initially about Tracy was how fondly she spoke of the children she watches. It's apparent that she genuinely enjoys what she does. Like any new mother, I felt anxious with the idea of leaving my child with someone. With Tracy I feel completely at ease, and confident that my daughter is not only being taken care of, but is being engaged, stimulated, and nurtured throughout the day. - Susan N.
