I am currently unemployed, and looking for full-time, part-time, or seasonal care.
I love working with kids. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping them learn and discover new things. I've been babysitting since I was 16, and have watched kids from as young as 2 to as old as 9. I tend to be most comfortable with kids between 2 and 6, but get along well with older kids too.
I am a vegan, but am completely willing to cook non-vegan foods for your children. I do try to get veggies into as many meals as possible -- and I try to make veggies something that shouldn't be feared. I honestly think I can get anyone to eat their vegetables. I try to keep the children I watch as active as possible, though on days the temperature is supposed to get over 100, activities happen in the morning or indoors.
I love doing educational arts and crafts with the children I watch. I firmly believe learning is fun, and want to pass that philosophy onto the kids.
