I love working with kids and helping them achieve to their highest potential.  I am an excellent encourager, and love motivating people.

I work really well with younger ages.  I have a lot of experience with infant care.  I have also taught at the Orfalea Family Children's Center in Santa Barbara, which is an NAEYC accredited preschool.  I have taken multiple classes in early childhood education.  I have the most fun creating arts curriculums for children.

I have babysat for multiple children families, the most being 4 children at a time.  I am CPR/First Aid certified for baby/child and adult.  I am a trained disaster relief supervisor for the Red Cross, so I am well trained in case of emergency.

I also work well with older aged children. Three years ago I started a non-profit called The 24 Foundation where we use arts as a healing tool for people that have been through traumatic experiences.  We have worked with 700 at-risk youth ages 15-19 by helping them tell their stories through the arts and propelling their lives into a more positive direction.  I coordinate working with 150 teens and 40 artist mentors at a time, so I am organized and I can lead well.

I have been background checked through Sittercity and Live Scan on the Federal standards scale as I volunteer at the Long Beach VA.
