My name is Brittany and I'd love the opportunity to babysit your children! Though I haven't formally babysat in quite some time (since jr high and high school), I have had plenty of experience working with kids of all ages. I've taught a musical theatre class in an after school program, been a camp counselor, tutored children ages 5-12 through a program called Cerritos Kids, participated in a mentorship program with kids at the jr high level, worked for a month and a half at Pasadena Child Development Associates, and facilitated group therapy with 4th and 5th grade children. As a social worker, I've taken many classes about child development and family life, and feel extremely comfortable working with kids of all ages and capacities. I work full time Monday through Friday as a case manager with mentally ill adults, but am looking for a chance to make extra money on the side for my husband and I and work with youth while doing it! I am also CPR/First Aid certified. I also cherish creativity as I love to sing, act, write, and doodle, and love integrating this into my time shared with children.
