I was born and raised in Puerto Rico (U.S. Citizen), and moved straight to Los Angeles four years ago. When I was 16-years-old my sister was born, then my journey as a caregiver started. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and have a basic understanding of French. I work, and attend college part-time on a regular basis. I volunteer twice a month at the church that I attend, as a High School Youth Adult Leader, and as a Stage Manager. 
 
I have been babysitting for 11 years; my experience ranges from infants to pre-teens, and I feel comfortable with any age.

As a caregiver, I am: trusthworthy, safe, reliable, responsible, helpful, organized, clean, neat, patient, playful, energetic, friendly, fun, funny (I don't mind being silly), loving, caring, nurturing, healthy.

I enjoy: reading books to the children, playing board games, making arts and crafts projects, educating, playing, dancing, and singing.

Physically, I am able to: stand, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, and run. Use hands to climb or balance, lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.

I make sure that children: rest, drink plenty of water, eat a balance diet (fruits, vegetables and limit their sweet intake), are active; intellectually and physically (playing with puzzles, or playing basketball).

I support physical activities like: going for walks, playing sports, going to the library, visiting museums, playing at the park, swiming, and play dates.

I have experience: preparing bottles, feeding, burping, changing diapers, potty training, helping with homework, transporting kids from school to home, and after school activities, preparing meals, following schedules, participating, and entertaining children with games or other approved activities.

Also, I send pictures to the parents while I am taking care of their children, so they can have peace while they are abscent.
