I studied at the University of Latvia majoring Education and Psychology, to become an English teacher.  In 2004, I made a life changing decision to come to the USA as an Au Pair.

I lived with a family and took care of their precious 17 month old daughter.  Three years later they had a baby boy which I took care of as well.  Both parents worked long hours, so I had the bulk of the responsibilities.  I was in charge of feeding, playing, schedules, morning and night time routine and many other day to day tasks.  I stayed with the family for four years until they moved away for work.

After my au-pair experience I was a FT nanny for a wonderful family with a 2 year old son and 4 month old daughter.  I have been with them for almost 2 years.  I kept the kids busy with daily tasks and fun activities.  We did things such as playing in the park, going to the library, visiting zoo, dancing, singing, etc..

And at the same time I was a PT nanny for a 1yo. He was only 5mo when I started to take care of him, and stayed with him through his first birthday.  We did a lot of fun activities, as going to the park, library, swimming pool, I even tought him Russian.

My current job as a nanny for 2 newborns started on August 23 2010,the kids now are 2yo.

Im only looking for occasional baby-sitting in the evenings and/or weekends, as well as most federal holidays and school breaks.
