My most recent position is as an Atherton based high profile Family Manager and Primary Care Giver for a private family and their estate, required that I act as the central point of contact and 24x7 crisis manager to facilitate and manage all of the family's estate and home responsibilities across two properties in California. Among other estate management responsibilities, I also serve as a personal assistant and manage personal and family schedules, email, correspondence, personal shopping, home maintenance, event planning and errands. Over the course of my time here as the personal/family assistant/nanny, I have developed a form of telepathy and anticipation in my relationship with my employer that she has come to depend highly upon. I am an independent self-starter valued for dependability, confidentiality and dedication with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The role requires an ability to prioritize and delegate diverse work assignments, and produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. Problems are solved, if not proactively deterred, and projects are completed in an efficient professional manner, on a timely basis with attention to detail and with strict confidentiality and diplomacy. My previous positions were mostly for private families with smaller estates. I'm a natural nurturer and kids always are drawn to me. Kids are my thing, i get them and theu get me:). I always treat kids with the same respect as adults in regard to their opinions and choices. I am very creative, and can make art profects without buying supplies. I am good at re-purposing things as well! I dont mind making a mess with kids and diving into it!
