Giselle reponded to my request for a last minute babysitter for the next day. She was prompt (even a little early), had a great smile on her face and what's more, my baby girl warmed up to her quickly (wonderful considering it was her first time with an outside babysitter). My husband was working from home but unavailable and Giselle played with my daughter, took her for a walk and even put her down for a nap. She left me notes as well as to their schedule and was kind enough to followup on email to say that all went well! I would not hesitate to use Giselle again. Your baby is in good hands! - Danielle G.
