?Dani is responsible, smart, and kind. We highly recommend her. Dani is amazing with children. She has three particular qualities that I most appreciate. One is that she respects children. She never talks down to my son, is very inclusive of him, and always seems to be considering how to help him explore, become, and learn about the world. Two is that she has an uncanny ability to understand what toddlers are saying. She not only takes the time to really listen, but she can actually understand the gobbledygook the first time around. I think this is a quality that endears children to her. Third is that she has the mind and heart of an educator. She enjoys bringing the world to life for those children around her. It’s more than just playful, though she is that as well. She seems to be considering where activities might take a kid and where a kid might take an activity, and goes there. Dani was the primary caregiver for our first son (now almost 3) for over a year and a half. She has also done a wonderful job with our newest who is four months.
