Hi, my name is Cameron Uranick. I am currently a student at the University of Miami studying Motion Pictures, Psychology, and Art. I am proficient in everthing from board games to story telling and sports. For the past sixteen years I have taken on the full responsibility of big brother to three younger siblings; all four years apart. As a result I have acquired many of the necessary child care skills. I have been changing diapers, helping with homework, cooking, and taken full care of my siblings for days at a time for as long as I can remember. Taking care of three boys can be a challenge, but at the same time rewarding because of both the skills and lessons I have learned in doing so. To add upon my babysitting experience with my own siblings, I have had experience in being a camp counselor for my high school's football camp in which I taught children between the ages of 7-12 football skills, accountability, and how to have a good time. I have additionally volunteered at the special olympics, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Best Buddies. From each of those three expereinces I have learned what it takes to care for children that require special needs and attention as well as caring for children from very diverse backgrounds. I know how to make kids laugh, I know what kids at all ages enjoy, and I know how to care for children of all ages and backgrounds.
