Hello! My name is Chrissy and my husband and I moved to Ft Stewart in Sept08, we have a 2 year old of our own, Jasmine.

I am currently working part time for Coastal Health District as a breastfeeding peer counselor. At this time I am not looking to provide child care regularly but if you happen to need someone occasionally we may be able to work something out, and by that I mean doctor appointments, date nights, mommy time, errands etc :)

I live in a smoke free home just outside of Fort Stewart. Most parents prefer that I come to them when providing child care, so that their children are comfortable in their environment, but that is optional. I have a cda portfolio and references. I have been in early education for 4 years, and upon our move to Fort Bragg (June 07), I completed my cda (Child Development Associate) which included first aid & cpr certifications. While at Ft Bragg I managed to pick up enough child care jobs that eventually turned into a full time job itself and I loved every minute of it! I have experience writing & teaching lesson plans as well as working with children ages 2-5 in a facility. I work with kids of all ages though, newborn and up. I prefer doing child care on my own rather than in a center because I can be flexible with my schedule and prices, so that I can meet the needs of all my clients.
