Jessica C. Babysitter in Cedar Falls, IA 50613. Looking for work as a babysitter.

I am 21 years old and I am a senior biology teaching major at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa.  I plan to teaching middle school or high school science after I graduate next spring.  Over the last six summers, I have worked as a lifeguard at outdoor swimming pools and therefore I am certified in lifeguarding, CRP/AED, and First Aid.  (I am also ceritifed to teach lifeguarding , CPR/AED, and First Aid.)  I have a lot of experience working with children.  I have four younger sisters; one grew up with physical diabilities and two of my sisters are step-sisters (therefore I have experience with mixed families).  I enjoy playing board games and card games.  Some of my favorites include Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders, Monopoly, Life, and Sorry.  I also enjoy watching Disney Channel and Disney movies...I guess you could say that I am still a kid at heart.  As a babysitter, I try my best to follow the parents' rules.  If a parent gives me a list of rules that children are supposed to follow, I will make sure they do so.  I want to make sure parents feel that their children are safe with me and I want to make sure that children have fun when they are with me.  I am not afraid of cleaning up messes and I am more than willing to help out with a little housework, especially if it means cleaning up a mess that was made while the children are under my watch.
