hilda and i agreed to an interview, which she did not show up to; nor did she call to cancel. i left her a message to which she didn't resond that day. at a later date, she called and said that her grandfather died, and she forgot about the interview. she apologized and expressed a great deal of interest in the position. so, i was willing to give her a 2nd chance since she sounded sincere and apologetic. i called her to set up another interview and requested a call back. to this day, she has not responded. the entire experience was a waste of time - insincere, unreliable, unprofessional. - S S.
