I am a currently a third year student at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago majoring in painting. I have been working for the continuing studies department as a teaching assistant. I worked with children age 5-14. As a teaching assistant I monitor the activities, work one on one with a student, and escort the student to various locations. I have also been babysitting for three years age (3-11). While babysitting I ususally just work with 1-3 children, but as a teaching assistant I usually work with 10-15 children. I am most comfortable working with children 4-11. Some activities I like to do with children are mostly art related.
