Hi, my name is Morgan, and I look forward to meeting you! A bit about myself, I am 29 years old, originally from Michigan. I have lived in the Lakeview area for over four (4) years now. I am one of four daughters, and was fortunate enough to grow up in a very loving household. Being 1 of 4 girls, our phone was constantly ringing for babysitting, and I was the sister that really took a liking to babysitting.
 
Let me start off with a text message I received from one of the Dad's of a family I care for in December, because to me, this is what it's all about: "Morgan, I don't know if it's because I am getting home late and seeing things, but the house is spotless, the kids are great, and the Elf on the Shelf hung the kids underwear from the ceiling fan, thank you so much, you are the best!" 
 
I began nannying full-time during the summers when I was 13 years old, and continued to nanny every year. I was a nanny/personal assistant for one family for over 8 years, and still remain very close with them. From being the daughters Confirmation Sponser, to helping celebrate her 21st birthday, it has been a blessing to watch the kids grow! 
 
When I moved to Chicago I began babysitting for three (3) families, and have continued to do so ever since. One of the families had to move to NYC, but I currently sit for the other families often. Both families have a 5, 3, and 1 year old, and it has been a joy assisting in the growth and development of the children - seeing a kid smile and giggle is probably my favorite thing in the world! They are more than willing to provide excellent references. 
 
In December I decided that I would step away from my career in sales to pursue a full-time career nanny/house manager position. This is not a decision I came to lightly, but after careful thought and conversations with others, I decided to pursue nannying full-time because it is something I am very good at, have a true passion for, and love helping others - plus my organizational skills are top notch! 
 
I am currently assisting my sister and brother-in-law in caring for my adorable 9-week old nephew while I look for a position. I have been assisting them full-time since he was 2 weeks old. 
 
I have babysat for children ranging from 2 weeks to 18 years. Every age is so different and exciting, its so rewarding to watch and assist children in growing - whether it be with their ABC's or assisting with issues pre-teens or teenagers dela with, knowing I am there for a family. 
 
I do not have any pets or children of my own. I am 100% okay with dogs, however, I am highly allergic to cats. I am also willing to travel and be on-call as needed. From watching children, tidying around the house, laundry, running errands, and much more, I am more than willing and able to do it all!
