My name is Courtney Watson and I am a 20 year old college student living in Greenwood, IN. I have experience taking care of kids since I was in High School and I am studying Early Childhood Education because I love kids and I want to spend my life taking care of and teaching kids and making sure that they are learning something new everyday while simulatneously appreciating and enjoying all that life has to offer. I am a good problem solver and I can react quickly in any situation to make sure the children I am caring for are safe and happy. I also have no problem enforcing any rules put in place by the children's parents or going above and beyond simply making sure the kids are safe and happy, including cooking, cleaning, and running errands. I am a very kind and loving person that children listen to and look up to and I have never had any problems with any of the kids I have taken care of in the past because I know how to communicate and interact with kids in a way that they understand and respect.
