Paula has worked for us for almost 3 years. She started when our youngest was born and our oldest was 6. (Now that they're all in school, we can no longer justify paying for childcare, and we're very sad to see her go.) Paula is just a natural with kids. She's very intuitive and smart as well. She always had this gentle manner with my children which really won their respect. When our middle child was throwing the worst tantrums, Paula always remained incredibly calm and steady - we couldn't have coped without her. My kids miss her. - Maja G.
