I am a Specialist in School Psychology which means that I am professional who works in the scool sector providing services to primarily special education students but can also provide services for the general education population. I conduct assessments for studetns suspected of a disability or for students who are already identified as having a disability and require special education services. I also provide academic and behavior interventions for students.

Prior to finsihing my education degree, I was a pre-school/daycare teacher for children for three years. My duties included creating and carrying out daily lesson plans, conduct toilet training, engage in different activities with the children, etc. In addition, I began babysitting children at the age of 12. I cared for my younger twin sisters and children of my parents' friends.

With regards to  caring for children and my philosophies, I believe in following a structured routine as outlined by the parents. I also believe one should engage with the child/children throughout the day such as engaging in imaginative play, reading, making a puzzle, playing games, etc. In addition, encourage physical activity to promote a healthy lifestyle which may include walking, bike riding, swimming, and playing outside at the park. I am a non-smoker individual. Furthermore, I find cooking exciting and willing to do light housework as well.
