Hello,
I have a full time position as a job coach, and am looking for part time work to supplement my income, I enjoy working with children and thought helping parents in need of childcare would be perfect. My work as a job coach has enlightened me as I work with adults that have special needs such as Learning disabilities, Autism, Downs Syndrome, and ADD/ADHD; our goal is to teach independence.
As previously stated, my experience in babysitting is gained from sitting for friends and family, the most recent age group is 5yrs - 13yrs with one child requiring a special diet. I like to be interactive with the children, playing board/educational games and being outdoors as I am accustomed to active, inquisitive children; whatsoever the children require within the guidelines of the parent(s) requirements. I am comfortable around pets; I am a cat owner and also enjoy dogs.
