I love kids and I have been babysitting for about 13 years. I got my red cross babysitting certificate when i was 11 years old, and ran a summer day care camp with my friends when I was 12. I have cared for children of all ages in their homes and have had several long-lasting babysitting jobs. I have done some overnight/multi-day jobs, have been responsible for cooking meals, giving baths, administering medicine and implementing behavior management, etc. I always make sure to clean up after a job (put toys away, clean up kitchen, etc) and I am willing to do some other light housework as well (laundry, dishwasher, etc). I previously worked at a daycare as a teacher assistant in a preschool room (ages 3-5) and occasionally worked with children from 6 weeks up to 6 years there. I had one short-term tutoring job with a 4th grader and have had lots of classroom experience. I am a certified teacher and would love to help with homework, tutor, etc! I am certified Elementary Ed (K-5), Special Ed- Learning Disabilities (K-12) and Language Arts (6-8) and I love working with kids with special needs. I am also CPR and First Aid certified and know conversational Spanish.
