The kids in my nursery and other kids I babysit for call me Miss Tina. I seem to have a knack for working with kids. Kids usually warm up fast to me. For example on the third day of VBS, some of the kids (whom I had just met) picked me as one of people they wanted to pray for that week. My nursery parents and church bosses really appreciate me. I am often told that I am a great mom. I love doing things with my son or the kids I am watching to make memories. Another thing that the parents and the kids like is that I take action photos of all the fun they are having and I share them with the families as well as on the door in my nursery room. I am great at stretching the dollar and coming up with fun but inexpensive things to do. I love to read and think it is important even for young kids whether I read to them or they read on their own.
