Andrea R. Babysitter in Warren, MI 48092. Looking for work as a babysitter.

I have a lot of experience caring for young children ages anywhere from 2 1/2 to 11. I have worked in two preschool programs for children ages 2 1/2 to 6. I have worked with special needs children also (autism, Down's Syndrome, and cerebral palsy) from babysitting jobs to working in a summer program (four summers) for children with and without special needs. I worked in the Head Start Preschool Program for two semesters as an intern where I worked with children ages 2 1/2 to 5 in playgroups and in the classroom. I am a firm believer in minimizing television and video games and being more interactive in play and fun. I am comfortable working with up to 3 children at a time and have some experience with younger children (ages 1 to 2) through my friends and family's children. I am responsible, creative and patient with children of all ages. I have been trained in CPR and First Aid and will update my credentials this year. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Madonna University and have taken many childhood development classes to keep up to date with the proper care, nutrition and activities for children. I have babysat previously for children as young as 2 to 8 years of age.
