I am very energetic and love children, so I've been able to create games and fun, safe activities easily. I'm also very assertive--the parents' rules are the ones that apply under my supervision. I've also worked with patients who have severe psychological disorders in a mental health facility that I interned in while I was at school, so I'm well-versed in tended to people with special psychological needs too. I always ask questions if I don't know the answer--I will never just assume that something is okay or not okay if I'm truly unsure.

5 Years as a Mother's Helper
I have a lot of neighbors who have young children, so babysat for them at an early age. In addition, I have two younger siblings, so I'm used to playing the role of the caregiver since I've been doing it for such a long time.
1 Year as a Babysitter
I picked a five-year-old girl up from camp every day and played with her and her older brother (who is eight-years-old) and supervised them until their parents returned home from work.
