I am currently in my 6th year of teaching gifted elementary school children and this past summer I just finished my Master's program in Special Education: Academically and Intellectually Gifted.  While completing this schooling took a lot of time, I still found many opportunities to work with children outside of school hours by volunteering to teach Sunday school classes at my church (1st grade) and tutoring children (elementary school age).  This past summer I nannied a 9 yr. old boy full time. Throughout my undergraduate schooling at Elon University, I nannied for a family with 9 month old twin girls and a 3 year old boy.  I became very close with this family after working with them daily for four years. Additionally my experience also includes nannying full-time for 2 boys (ages 5 and 8) for three summers of my undergraduate schooling.  

I love working with children in all capacities-teaching, tutoring, babysitting, and nannying.  I don't have a preference of age and have lots of experience with all ages. I'd love the chance to get to know you and your family!
