Nicole is amazing. I have a 9 month old baby and Nicole has been watching her once a week for three months. She's always on time, in a great mood, has lots of energy and tons of patience (even when my baby is cranky and tired and won't cooperate with diaper changes)! Nicole does an excellent job of actively engaging my daughter, teaches her new tricks (blowing air is the latest) and talks to her about everything they do. She's gentle at feedings and nap time and full of energy at play time. Nicole just loves kids. Nicole is wonderful!! She has a caring and patient way of talking and playing with our 17-month-old. She was always prompt and quickly won over our teething toddler. NIcole is fantastic babysitter! I have used her on numerous occasions for about 9 months now. She is great with my two kids, they love to play with her. I never come home to the kids vegging in front of the TV. She plays games with them, reads to them and is always involved. She adheres to my rules, even making sure the kids are in bed on time. The house is always at least as clean as it was when she arrived.
