I am finishing my senior year at the University of Delaware studying Elementary/Special Education. I just finished my student teaching! I have babysat for many families since a freshman in high school and have a younger brother that I have always been responsible for when my parents were not around. I usually babysit 2-3 children at a time ranging in age from infant to twelve years old. I absolutely love children and have no problem with pets, as I have a dog myself. I have been working at Learning Express, an educational toy store in Westwood, NJ, since my sophomore year in high school and continue to work there one day a week during the day this summer. I have volunteered at the Bergen Center for Child Development multiple times and have some experience working with children with a range of disabilities. I have my own transportation as well, and feel comfortable driving children to different activities, if needed. This past year at school I have been babysitting for a family in the nearby area two days a week as well as balancing my course work. I feel that I have much experience and would love to get to know your family!
