Sandy worked for us for 4 months. She jumped right in and did not hesitate getting to know the kids. They really liked her and never showed any signs of not wanting to be with her. Sandy tried her best to nap our twins, 15 months old, at the same time, so she would have 'private' play time with our 3 yr old. When the weather was nice, she would get them outside to play. I did not ask for her to do anything but watch the kids. By her choice, she help with laundry and a few meals. Sandy was a great help during the time she worked for us. - Charla G.

Sandy has been the full-time nanny for my 19-month old daughter for almost 2 months. She is great! She is always on time and works to keep my daughter learning and laughing. They are always trying some new game during the day. Sandy has had to work extra hard to take care of my daughter's multiple food allergies. She has really done a great job of helping to treat her. My daughter is constantly itchy because of her allergies so she requires an almost constant diversion and attention. Sandy always makes sure that she is taken care of and does a wonderful job putting her down at nap time (I work at home, so I know what is happening during the day). We took a trip to Vegas as a family. She was our sitter for our 3 kids and let me tell you we have been back for 2 months now and the kids still talk about going to see Sandy and can't wait to get back to Vegas to see her. On a recent trip to Vegas, we found Sandy's profile on <WEBSITE> and asked her to babysit for our two year old son, Owen, at the Mandalay Bay Resort. Sandy sat for us on Friday and Saturday night. Sandy was very responsive and showed up early both nights. She also brought presents and activities to help establish a rapport with Owen right away. We were on vacation and very worried about leaving our very active 3 year old and teething 10 month old but aft reading Sandy's reviews and Background check, I decided to call her. Sandy pit me at ease right away and I could tell over the phone she had a lot of energy and zest for life! She was great with the kids and even brought toys for our 3 year old and a teething ring with bibs for our 10 month old. We knew they were in good hands and she even worked from 11 pm Until 3:45 am.
