I am a sophmore at St. John's University. I double major in Government Politics, and Education in Mathematics. I can't choose whether I want to be a lawyer or teacher, I love both. Although caregiving is not my career, I'm a student who needs extra money and enjoys a great experience. I've been caregiving since I was just 13, being 19 now, I have a lot of experience to back myself up. I currently babysit my baby brother and cousins. As well as neighbor's children. The ages range between 3-12. I have babysat infants from just months old, I enjoy it. I have to say I love smaller children ages 2-6. But I would not mind caring for older children. I don't have any children myself but I basically raised my younger brother who is 3 right now. I have 2 ferrets, a dog, and a cat. All are kid-friendly. A lot of children love playing with them and I have no problem bringing them along for a child who wants a pet but can't have one. I have volunteered in the past for political campaigns as well as blood and food drives. I understand basic spanish and can hold a simple conversation if needed. My babysitting philosophies include; healthy food is a must, sweets come as a reward, and a clean room is always the greatest! I can bring toys, game systems, and board games as well as arts and crafts material. I can assure you that your child will be entertained at all times.
