I am college-educated, experienced, responsible, creative, patient and kind! I love babies and kids and truly enjoy a wonderful rapport with them. One mom (see in references: Allaya) whose 3 children I take care of calls me "the baby whisperer"! I am very reliable and level-headed and calm and (i'm told) funny! Your child/children will be safe, nurtured and well taken care of with me.
   I am interested in a part-time babysitting position on a steady basis and also on an "as needed" basis. I have enjoyed being a part-time babysitter for several years.    I have also been a Creative Arts teacher/ Teaching Specialist in private schools UWS and Westchester (Library/Storyteller, Music and Art Specialist Teacher), full-time nanny and Mommy and Me music class teacher.  My skills in the creative arts and true appreciation of children are  great assets in my babysitting work.
    I have experience working with children with various special needs and I am a very compassionate and patient person.  I play guitar, piano, am a songwriter of children's music and enjoy making art projects and sharing music and interactive story-making and book-making, songwriting with children!            My college education is in Music and Child Development. That combined with years of Early Childhood teaching experience enrich my babysitting work in invaluable ways.
