Kristin J. Babysitter in New York, NY 10009. Looking for work as a babysitter.

 I recently moved to Manhattan in September after graduating from Union College in Schenectady, NY.  I was a four year varsity lacrosse player at Union and majored in Sociology and minored in English. I was previously temping for Diesel USA, Inc. but am seeking new employment.

 I began babysitting for children of all ages in 7th grade in my hometown of Longmeadow, Ma.  I then started (in the summer of 7th grade) as a live in nanny for my cousins.  I held that job for 8 summers.  I stopped nannying after the summer of my sophomore year in college in order to hold internships in the following summers.  When I ended my nannying position their was a boy (8), boy and girl twins (6) and a 3 year old boy. My duties included housekeeping, laundry, feeding/cooking the children, driving them to tutoring and extra curricular activities, taking them to the beach and/or entertaining them during the day and night.  I am currently babysitting random nights throughout the week for a family in the Chelsea area.  They have a 2 yr old daughter.  They are very understanding about me taking up another job if it is more of a full time position.

I come from a large family.  My sister and I are the oldest of 35 cousins and I grew up surrounded by kids of all ages.  I truly enjoy being around them!
