Hello!

I am currently home in Chicago for the summer, though I attend New York University, and will be returning there on August 25th. Since I have lived in the city my whole life, I can easily transport myself to and from jobs. I've been babysitting for upwards of 7 years, after I became Red Cross certified. I babysit quite often around my neighborhood (Old Town), seeing two families very regularly. Aside from that, I've had plenty of experience looking after kids, as I have two younger siblings (12 and 14) who I've been watching since they were little. I was a regular mother's helper for a 1 yr. old and a newborn for a year, and I taught 3rd through 8th graders at a Sunday school downtown for 4 years.

I'm no stranger to giving baths and changing diapers, and I'm happy to help where I can. I'm capable in the kitchen, and I always make sure to clean up after ourselves and tidy up around the house when the kids have gone to sleep. I speak Italian, after having lived there for a year, and I have a basic understanding of French, as I took it for twelve years in school. I love to let the kids lead the way with entertainment.  I always follow the parents' bed time instructions.
