I cannot think of a way I would rather spend my last summer before going to college, than with children. I have always been drawn to children just as children are drawn to me. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old and have learned to have fun with the kids while still maintaining authority and respect. I have also volunteered at a summer camp for special needs children where I learned to help children with communication and orthopedic deficits. As an aspirng teacher, I love nothing more than watching children learn and grow.
