I have been around children my entire life, since I was two years old when my younger sister was born. My parents tell stories of my trying to take care of her (even when she maybe didn't need it...) I started babysitting when I was around 12 years old, just around my neighborhood. It was a good job for me, flexible hours and children seem to love me. My summers in high school consisted of my spending my time poolside at the nighborhood pool, lifeguarding. The last summer before I went to college was spent at Triple C Camp in Charlottesville, Virginia. With my co-counselour, we were responsible of anywhere from 15-20 8 year old girls, taking them to swimming, time at the barn, arts and crafts, etc. Both of those jobs required me to be certified in first aid and CPR. I am now a sophomore at The Ohio State University, thinking about double majoring in Chinese and English. I lived in Shanghai, China when I was in middle school, began picking up the language, and would like to continue my time overseas when I get out of school. I am very outgoing, enthusiastic, active and humorous. I'd love to get to know you and your family!
