I recently finished a ministry school in California. While I attended school, I also worked in a nursery with two year olds at least five hours a week. Occasionally I worked in the other classrooms caring for infants through five years old. I moved back to Ohio in May and have since babysat for a few families in the Lancaster area.

I have been caring for children since I was eight. I helped my mom in the church nursery and started babysitting on my own when I was twelve. I have cared for infants through teenagers. I worked at a summer camp, mentoring mostly girls ages 7-16. I have also worked in a daycare. While at the daycare, I mostly worked with school age children, reading, exploring nature, playing outside, helping serve lunch, and doing other fun and educational activities. While attending college, I babysat for families throughout the week or as needed. Most recently, I worked in a church nursery with two year olds.

Throughout the last few years, I have had the opportunity to travel to orphanages around the world and give aid to children. Children are a passion of mine. I love doing activities with kids, helping them grow, teaching them new things, and loving on them.

Currently, I babysit on occasion for some family friends. I am comfortable watching any aged children. I understand some Spanish, but do not speak it fluently.

I love doing learning activities with kids - games, puzzles, reading, scavenger hunts, arts/crafts, exploring nature, etc. I want to create a safe and fun environment to help kids grow into the men and women they were created to be.
