I have been babysitting since I was 14 years old. I currently only have one family that I babysit for on a regular basis and that reference is available. I do have additional families that I have babysat for in the past and if you are interested in contacting them, I can get you their information. I'm 23 years old, I am currently a student at Youngstown State University. I am studying Early Childhood Education; which means that I once I graduate I will be qualified to teach preschool-third grade. As a student I have had many opportunities to observe and tutor in classrooms and after school programs. I taught a gym class at a local private school for a semester. I also have taught a preschool class for a semester. Currently I am interning at in inner city school in second grade, I find that children and I really connect. For my program at YSU I am required to get a BCI and FBI background checks, this info is available upon request.

I love children and feel that I am very good at what I do. I spend a lot of time with my younger cousins and therefore I find that my hobbies are many things that my elementary aged children would like. (example: playing Wii)

I do have a part time job and therefore will need somewhat of an advance notice (like a week) before making a commitment to you. Unless I already have the day off or something like that.
