Hi! As a tween of the 90's I was obsessed with the babysitters club book series which led me and my neighborhood friends to start our very own at the ripe ol age of 11 ;)  So I would say that I have been babysitting for 10+ years now.  It has mainly been friends of friends here and there on weekends and such, although I did have a year commitment with a family in Seattle.  I am open to both sporadic sitting as well as a more permanent position.  I have always loved being around kids and have 3 younger siblings myself.  I have a degree in Art Education and taugh art grades K-10 at a private school for a few years.  I am now beginning the pursuit of my nursing degree and hope to be a labor and delivery or pediatric nurse within the next two years.
