I have had childcare experience for 11 years. I have: Elementary Teaching Certification, CPR/first aid certification, Background Checks, Child Abuse Clearances, and Fingerprints. During my 11 years of childcare experience, I have babysat for the same family for 6 years and various other families. Through my babysitting experiences, I was able to watch the children grow and make an impact on their lives which was an amazing thing to watch. Additionally, I have international experience interning at Tokyo International School in Japan. I have professional child care experience working at: a daycare, working at UPMC Children’s Hospital, working at the Chatham Music and Arts Summer Camp, party planning at My Little Outback, and participating in field experiences in various schools. I currently work one-on-one with an autistic student in a Pittsburgh Public School but am looking for additional work outside of school hours. I hold a BA in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology.

10 Years as a Babysitter
I have been able to care for children ages 5 months-12 years old. I have taken care of children in many settings: hospital, day care, day camp, school, and home settings. I was able to babysit for one family for 6 years which was a great experience.
