Susann is excellent with children. She cared for my boys when I needed temporary full-time care for them, and was great with them. She was always on-time, flexible if needed, and always gave feedback on how the boys did each day. She knows how to care for children of different age groups, and what developmental stage they are going through at the moment. Susann knows how to talk with kids, and what they need. She was also able to ensure my oldest was picked up from school each day, on time, while also making sure my other son that was too young for school was still learning and having fun. Susann is an excellent nanny for my kids. I interviewed a lot of nannies before i asked Susann to come and take care of my kids, my kids feel very comfortable with her, she has a lot of experience working with kids and that shows in her work. She works very hard , will give you good advice regarding them and tries to work her schedule around yours which is always helpful. Being a single dad and taking care of twin boys can be hard some times but i think i have finally found a great nanny. She is always on time , comes up with great ideas every time. We have had a wonderful experience with Susann. She babysat my two boys- ages 2 and 7 while my husband and I went out. She arrived early, had fun with the boys playing, kept them on schedule, and managed to have lots of fun in the process.
