Ok I want to say first off that I would recommend her. PROS...friendly, trustworthy, likable CONS...30 min late (lost), priced too high for service, could not sooth my crying 4 month old (not necessarily her fault but for 20 bucks an hour, she should be the baby whisperer). If you use her you will like her just be aware of the ages of your kids and her price. My kids were asleep within the hour/hour and a half of her arrival...20 bucks is laughable! - Morgan G.

Alexandra says: I would like to take the opportunity to explain any of my actions that offended Ms. Morgan G: I am a stickler for punctuality. I am ALWAYS early wherever I go. I completely understand how this is identified as an issue. Unfortunately, my GPS had me going in every direction but the right one for 45 minutes. I am completely new to the area, so I rely very heavily on my GPS. I called the family to let them know that I was lost and stayed in touch with them until I arrived. In the future I will be sure to do a dry run to ensure I know exactly where I am going. As for my rate ($15 an hour plus $3 for additional children), I charged the same rate that I did when I was at home (San Antonio, TX). I have charged the same amount for the last several years and have never received a complaint based on the services I provided. If this rate seems excessive to any of the families I sit for, I am completely flexible. Although the four month old cried more than I have been accustomed to, I felt I was comfortable and confident in handling the situation. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and wish that I was aware of any discomfort while I was with the family. Thus, giving me the opportunity to make the necessary adjustments. AMAZING! Alex is a true blessing to our family. I am a single mother with 3 children (6-15) so you can imagine how badly I needed a dependable, responsible, organized, smart person for my job. Alex is outgoing, polite, eager to please and most importantly - my children LOVE her! Alex follows instructions and directions to a "t". I cant say enough wonderful things about her.
