I started baby-sitting when I was in high school for friends at church. I became a part of Big Brothers Big Sisters and was named Big Sister of the year for Northeast Texas in 2007. I studied at East Texas Baptist University where I earned my Bachelor's for Elementary Education in three years. I taught in multiple schools ranging from kindergarten to 6th grade while student teaching and experienced my first year as a teacher in 9th grade. I was a camp counselor for 5 year olds for two summers at Rockin' C Ranch in Lindale, TX. I taught 12 three year olds daily at Little Angels Learning Center in Marshal, TX until my husband found and job that caused us to relocate to Duncanville. I love children and enjoy their company. I intend to learn what each child needs and their individual interest to make sure you get the best use of my time.
