My name is Vanessa Brammer. Allow me to give you a little bit of information about myself.

I'm currently a nanny for a family with one child who is 3 1/2 years old.  

I love being a nanny because it is such a rewarding experience. I believe that some of the most important qualities of a nanny are being nurturing, patient, being stimulating to the child, trying to teach them from an early age, and encouraging them to be physically active in time. With infants I really enjoy reading books, singing songs, and talking with them. I also love tummy time, going on walks, and just cuddling up with the baby.

The transition from an infant to a toddler is one of the most amazing stages in a child's life.  With this age I to do the same things that I do with an infant and more. I like to do art work, read books, build with blocks, play pretend, play with playdoh, and go to the park.  I love working with the pre schooler because I am able to do many fun things with him. I take him to the library, to the park, and to playdates.

Regarding myself, I am 31 years old, and live in Mckinney TX. I have 4+ years of nanny experience and over 11 years of daycare/babysitting experience. A few years ago I was a teacher for grades K-9th. I have also worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant with Alzheimer's patients.  I am also a non-smoker.  

My current schedule is M-W-F from 12-5 and T-TH from 2-5. During the summer it changes to M-F 9-3. However, I'm available before of after those times.
