I don't have a preference to what age I sit. I do not have a job but I am a full time student at UTSA and in a sorority. I have babysat in the past for families that don't spend a lot of times with their kids. I live in a neighborhood where a lot of families have way to much money and rather spend it on themselves rather than their kids. With that being the case, I have grown a close relationship with the kids I babysit for. My relationship with these kids is so powerful, that when I go back home for holiday's, I babysit when I can or just stop by to visit. I have expereince with kids of all ages and all different types of animals. Reptials are not my thing though, I rather not have to provide any care for them. I have taken care of sick animals, high maintence animals, and lazy animals. I don't have a certain age I feel comfortable with, I just like to particiapte with the kids I babysit. When the kids are older and do things on their own, I feel as if I don't have a good enough watchful eye. I have no children, but I have two younger sisters and a second cousin that I watch all the time who is barley one year old. I do have a lot of pets. I own a rabit, tons of fish, two dogs and a bird. I have two goats and two horses but they don't live with us, they stay at my aunts house. I try and do as much volunteer work as I can. But, I mostly do volunteer work through my sorority and I am very well known at Patriot Heights. Sigma Kappa, my sorority, does a lot of work for Patriot Heights and we visit them to socialize a lot. I don't have certain games or toys I like to play with children, but I love board games and thinking games. A tradition I carried to college from my household back home is game night. My roommates and I have game night once every other week and we have some friends over. I just like to have fun and try to get a connection between myself and the children.
