I have been nannying off and on since I was 15 years old. From Vacation Bible School, church camp counselor as well as at private school for a summer program. I was an Au Pair for a family in Ireland for six months, worked for a babysitting agency in Memphis 3.5 years, 1.5 years in Saint Louis and now here in Arlington I work independently..

Nannying to me is an ongoing learning experience because I am presented with the opportunity to interact with so many different types of families that are so diverse. Whether it is in culture, religious beliefs, or just the upbringing of their children, I get to see all of it.

I enjoy nannying all types of children aging from only a few weeks old to 13. I do not have a problem babysitting special needs children; my eldest stepbrother has Cerebral Palsy, and I assisted in taking care of him while growing up, so I can relate to the challenges of the day to day tasks it takes.

My experience that I have most is with newborn and infant care. I love all ages, and have tons of experience with everything from 2 weeks to 13. I have done temp nannying, permanent placement, date nights, last minute, and jobs that are consistently on an as needed basis. 

I do have a few qualitfications such as my school with an Early Childhood Education emphasis for the first 2.5 years of my undergrad, then I am also CPR/AED certified from infant to adult. 

A couple of extra notes - I love animals and have no problem being around them or assisting with them. I am not a smoker either.

Please no nanny shares. I work exclusively with one family at a time only.
