Hi everyone! I have been in the babysitting/nanny world for as long as I can remember. I started babysitting when I was 14 and was never able to walk away from the laughter and joy that children can bring. Throughtout college I spent my summers as a nanny and after graduation got a full time job as a nanny for two years. I worked for a family with two kids, ages 2 and 9, one Akita dog, two kittens, and an adorable chinchilla. I have experiance with kids as young as three months old to as old as 15. In college I was part of a club called Operation Hope, teaching financial literacy to kids in middle and high school.

A little more about myself and my interests... I plan on going back to school this spring for a Masters in Nutritional Science. That being said, I am a very healthy person who believes in healthy food and exercize but also understand the need for a little chocolate from time to time : )  I am huge on yoga and love being outside. I love being around people and consider myself to be very outgoing and friendly. I am pretty laid back when it comes to working with kids and think laughter and honesty can make adults and kids work extremeley well together. I think all people have a lot to learn from kids and vice versa. I base my relationships with kids on a system of respect that goes both ways. While I am not very strict I do follow the rules parents set out for their children am always making sure children are in a safe environment.
