I did some babysitting throughout high school and also found that many parents simply just need to have a night for themselves.
In the past I have had experience with children between the ages of 3 months and 10 years. I have found that I am most comfortable with children who are already potty trained.
I am a firm believer in that when a child throws a fit they need time to themselves to think about their actions.
When it comes to play time I find that there are many good options to keep children busy, as an alternative to sitting in front of the television: Blocks, sports, books, dolls, and cars are great tools for keeping children's imaginations alive.

When the parents need a babysitter because of work or just because they need a night out I am able to watch the children. I can feed the children, put them to bed, and clean up their messes.
