I utilize a very nurturing childcare style, where the baby/child is the center of attention. I adore babies, but my 3-year-old granddaughter lives in CA with her parents. I am looking to babysit for an infant - 3-year-old child in his/her home during the week. I also do hotel-room babysitting in the downtown Milwaukee area for up to 2 children at a time.
I am often available for short-notice childcare.
I am current on my American Heart Association CPR certification.

I support the highest rating for Karen. She watched my infant daughter for two days in my hotel room when I was traveling to Milwaukee for business. (My husband was also traveling on business, so we needed to find childcare away from home.) This arrangement worked out beautifully, as I was able to spend the evenings with my baby. Karen is an absolute professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her to other parents. Karen was prompt and put me completely at ease. In 2003 -2004, I taught a nurturing parenting class for single mothers. I was a licensed treatment foster parent in 2006 - 2007. As a divorcee, I raised my own two sons - now grown, and successful husbands/fathers - on my own.
