My name is Kelly Kalousek. I am an Organizational Communication graduate from North Central College in Naperville, IL. I am 23 years old and have been a nanny since I was 16. I have been a nanny to mostly boys from about 6-12 years old, however, as a girl, I would love to nanny for girls as well. I have recently been a summer and occassional nanny for the same boy since 2008 (until January 2012), who is now soon to be 10. I am a high energy person who loves the outdoors. I am a very friendly, outgoing and caring person. I absolutely love kids and pets, and I actually have a 3 year old beagle named Ember (who will give you kisses all day if you'd let her!) I have volunteered for Project Sunshine, which is a non profit organization that provides fun recreational and social activities to sick children in hospitals. I am fluent in English and speak a little spanish, I am better at understanding it than speaking.  As a nanny I am a firm believer of getting out there and getting dirty. I love to take the kids out to the park, zoo, pool, and am ready for some hands on crafts on a rainy day. As a nanny, I try to steer away from television and video games as much as possible. Doing what the children want and stepping out side of the box is always my motto! :)
